STORAGE: Keep frozen at minus -18∞C. Once defrosted, keep chilled between 0∞C and +5∞C. Use an unopened pack within 14 days and once opened, use up within 3 days.
Directions for Use
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Needs Cooking. From frozen or chilled, place bag into a "Sous Vide Water Heater" or a steamer, and heat until piping hot. When using a saucepan of water, simmer until piping hot. Do Not Boil. Remove packaging. Stir well and serve. MICROWAVE PORTIONS: Thoroughly defrost the sous vide bag in a refrigerator. Once chilled, empty a portion into a non-metallic container. Microwave (800W) 4Ω mins; (900W) 4 mins (Based on 400g Portion). Always heat until piping hot. Stir well and serve. Microwave power and portion size will vary timings. Do Not Directly Microwave Sous Vide Bags.
