Directions for Use & Storage Information

Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Needs Cooking. From frozen or chilled, place bag into a "Sous Vide Water Heater" or a steamer, and heat until piping hot. When using a saucepan of water, simmer until piping hot. Do Not Boil. Remove packaging. Stir well and serve. MICROWAVE PORTIONS: Thoroughly defrost the sous vide bag in a refrigerator. Once chilled, empty a portion into a non-metallic container. Microwave (800W) 4½ mins; (900W) 4 mins (Based on 400g Portion). Always heat until piping hot. Stir well and serve. Microwave power and portion size will vary timings. Do Not Directly Microwave Sous Vide Bags.

Storage Information

STORAGE: Keep chilled between 0°C and +5°C. Use an unopened pack within 14 days and once opened, use up within 3 days.
