Yes, our minimum order value is 24kg of each product to ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery.

We ship nationwide across the UK & Ireland. Delivery options are shown during checkout and on our distribution page.

Standard lead time is 3 to 10 business days depending on product, volume and temperature regime.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and company purchase orders for approved trade accounts.

Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll aim to resolve the issue promptly.

Due to food safety regulations, we typically cannot accept returns. However, if there’s a product issue, we’ll aim to work with you to make it right.

All our products on the website has their ingredients and nutritionals listed on the product page. You will also see them on the back of the packaging with heating/cooking instructions.

All of our chilled products are able to be frozen.

You can purchase products in bulk. There is also a quick order page for regular customers.

Heating instructions will be on the packaging of each product. You can heat up the food from chilled or frozen.

For single portion meals it will be 250-500g. However you can purchase larger portions/packaging formats which are available in catering packs.
